Important: This is a vendor-created self-assessment resource from Respondo AI, not an independent certification. A high score does not establish security, compliance or production readiness. Evaluation method and FAQs

What makes an AI customer service chatbot reliable?

It uses business-approved information, clearly admits uncertainty, protects other customers' data, avoids inventing prices or availability and routes exceptional cases to humans. Test the system using your real services and knowledge sources rather than generic demo examples.

How is the pass rate calculated?

Passed cases divided by cases marked Pass, Needs review or Fail. Not-tested cases are excluded from the denominator but shown in the completion count. A failed or unresolved critical-risk case is highlighted separately: an average cannot cancel out a privacy, safety or fabricated-booking problem.

What should I do if the bot invents a price or says a service exists when it does not?

Mark Fail, preserve the original answer, fix the approved information or answer policy, and retest. Do not assume a different prompt alone resolves the root cause. See our knowledge base guide.

How do I test multilingual customer support?

Ask equivalent questions in Finnish, Swedish and English. Confirm that the service, price and policy facts remain identical; only the language should change. A useful guide is multilingual chatbot testing.

Can companies outside Finland use this evaluation tool?

Yes. The scorecard and its CSV are public resources available globally. Respondo AI paid business subscriptions are currently available only to Finnish companies.
